On Wednesday, December 28th, One Love Tennis Inc., a non-profit organization designed to reach underprivileged and low income youth through affordable tennis, education, and fitness will be hosting its First Annual Play Day Event at the Clayview Country Club in Kansas City, MO.
Founder of One Love Tennis Inc., Michael-Ray Pallares has traveled all over the world, organizing events for orphans & vulnerable children. He has hosted events in Pereira, Colombia (April 2014), Yangon, Myanmar (December 2015), Livingstone, Zambia (July 2016), and now here in Kansas City!
“We have teamed up with the Salvation Army Children’s Shelter, along with Clayview Country Club to host our First Annual Play Day Event for a group of 20 kids,” Pallares says. “The event will be held this Wednesday from 10-3pm and will include games, instruction, prizes, t-shirts, nutrition advice and samples from Ruby Jean’s Juicery, along with a full lunch and a live band.”
“The support has been tremendous,” he says. “We have received numerous donations and many people have taken the time to volunteer. The Kansas City community is very special and we look forward to bringing happiness to the children this holiday season!”
