A Kansas City native, Victor S. Hurlbert graduated from Oak Park High School in 2006. Hurlbert then enlisted into the United States Navy and was accepted into the Naval Academy. He graduated in 2010 with a Bachelor’s of Science in International Relations. After graduation from the Naval Academy, Victor enrolled in the Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary where he received a Master’s of Theology in 2014.
Hurlbert was always interested in economics and economic theory. He decided to take his interests and become a financial advisor with Waddell & Reed in 2014.
Hurlbert works with individuals, businesses, and non-profits in various stages of life or growth. He holds Series 7 and Series 66 securities registrations, as well as health, life, variable annuity, and variable life licenses in several states, including Kansas and Missouri.
